Dashboards allow visual approach for organizational performance assessment. Well-defined key performance indicators (KPI) provide managers and organizational units with clear understanding of their deliveries, internal dependecies and external trends.

Naturally, many organizations developed their unique definirions and approaches for better competitive performance. These approaches are supported by core information systems, that provide the ability to execute data transactions, store data, track changes and investigate trends. Information systems should follow organizational strategy guidelines. However, due to the uniqueness of business processes, there is a real difficulty in achieveing complete data solution for each nuance in a complex bunch of processes. Therehow, the need for customized solution or system upgrades are required. Ususally, a manager finds himself crating or analyzing data in Excel reports, and then exports the charts into PowerPoint. He needs it the information in immediate, exact and clear way.
